What is your services for availability?
For our regular scheduled cleans we run mainly on a week type rotation whether it be a:
* Weekly
*Bi-Weekly
*Monthly (every 4 weeks)
For one times cleans / seasonal cleans or for those special event cleans can usually be done around the time frame of when the clean is needed. Which would entail cleans such as :
*Move in/or Out Cleans
*One time cleans for residential or commercial and Special Event Cleans
How soon in advance would I expect to need to be booked in for a scheduled cleaning or a one time cleaning service ?
We highly recommend scheduling your cleaning services as far in advance as possible. However, depending on the type of service, we can often accommodate requests with as little as 48 hours' notice. Please note that last-minute bookings within this time frame may not guarantee availability due to limited slots. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we look forward to working with you!
What system method is used for the handling of key exchange?
If you don't have a key lock or lockbox, no worries—we'll provide one for you to use while enjoying our services. This will be available on your start date. If these options don't suit your needs, we're here to help find a solution that works best for you. Your convenience is our priority!
What happens if there are no keys or a code doesn't work that is provided by the customer?
If key that customer has provided is missing or code is not working . Unfortunately the costs is on you for the time that it requires to enter the premises for us to provide our services. The situation many fall into "our cleaning policy section".
Will team members bring to your attention if there are any issues, concerns or damages that are noticed on the premises to the customer in hand?
Our dedicated team members possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring that no concern goes unnoticed Whether it's your home, office, or Airbnb, we prioritize keeping you informed about any issues that may arise. Does Our crew bring their own supplies?
Yes , we provide all the necessary cleaning products to ensure a thorough job. Please NOTE*that there may be additional costs for any special products for tasks required to complete the job correctly.
We provide high-quality cloths and mops for your cleaning needs. If there is a working vacuum on-site, it would be greatly appreciated. If not, please note that there is a fee of $20.00 per clean for the use of our vacuum to cover costs.
It is the responsibility of our team members to return with our services with all our tools and supplies, This would include freshly sanitized mop ends and cleaning cloths, along with restocked cleaning products. Along with a working vacuum (if needed ). This ensures that there are no concerns about storage for these items on the premises. Also with no excuses to not to have the job that is required to be completed .
Do you except tips, and are tips expected ?
While we do not expect them, any gratuity you choose to offer will be appreciated please applied it to your bill. We ensure that all tips are fairly distributed among our staff as part of our monthly bonus system. Your support helps us continue to provide excellent service.
