Our Cancellation Policy
Please note that if a scheduled cleaning is cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled appointment date , it must be rescheduled. We allow a maximum of two skipped cleans within a year for services scheduled more frequently than every four weeks. For those that occur once every four weeks, only one missed appointment is permitted per year. Thank you for understanding!
It is important to note* that if a client is away from their premises for more than their scheduled missed cleans within a year, they will need to either make up the missed cleaning sessions by selecting other tasks they would like completed or pay for the missed cleans. As we are relying on the scheduled slots to cover costs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter to ensure that all necessary tasks are addressed efficiently. Our cancellation policy requires a fee of $45.00 plus half of the regular cleaning cost, for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in us manage our schedule effectively. Thank you!

Please note that these fees help cover our transportation costs and ensure that we can provide you with the best service possible. Cypress Cleaning Masters values your time and ours. If our team arrives at your location and is unable to gain access due to no given keys or codes from customer, and no answer, we kindly ask that the cleaning service still be paid in full. Minimum Charge Out and Right to Refuse Safe Work
Our minimum charge is set at three hours to ensure quality and service. Furthermore, all team members are trained to prioritize safety and have the right to refuse any work they deem unsafe. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities."
Our Client and Employee Sick Policy
Please note that if anyone on the premises is currently sick or has tested positive for COVID-19, or if a team member has suddenly become ill, we kindly ask you to reschedule or ensure that no one is present on the premises.
